Yes, we can. At Granny Flats & Cabins Victoria, we want to work with you to make sure that you are
getting the unit you want. As a result of this, we are more than happy to work with you, free of
charge, to get the pricing and design right.

We do offer site inspections free of charge in the Melbourne Metro area. If you are outside of this
area, there may be a charge between $100 -$150 for the travel, but if you do decide to go ahead,
this is reduced from the total price.

Although you will find our standard designs on our website, we can also custom design the unit to
your needs. If you have a certain design in mind, feel free to email it to sales@grannyflatvic.com.au
and we can quote accordingly.

All our granny flats are designed to be removable and relocatable.

It can take 10-12 weeks to obtain a building permit and 2-3 months to build. The time frame is
dependent upon trades outside of our organisation, as well as weather.

We obtain the building permit for you, and the pricing has been included in the cost for all our units.
If a planning permit is required, we can quote this for you at the time, and we are also happy to
obtain this for you.

They are not included, but we can get our plumber and electrician to quote this for you when they
are out on site.

We have a range of colours that you can choose from in our standard range. However, if you were
wanting to have a specific colour scheme, we are happy to accommodate this.

Structural defects of your unit are covered by the standard builders’ warranty of 10 years These
details are outlined in your contract.
